Michael Nye is the author of two books, the story collection “Strategies Against Extinction” and the novel “All the Castles Burned,” published by Turner in February 2018. His fiction and nonfiction have appeared in “American Literary Review,” “Epoch,” “Cincinnati Review,” “Kenyon Review,” “Lit Hub,” “New South,” and “The Millions,” among many others. A former resident of St. Louis, he taught at Washington University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and he was the managing editor of River Styx and the Missouri Review. A graduate of the Ohio State University, he currently lives with his family in Ohio.
